A talented IT Support Engineer is required by a leading and very reputable company in the retail sector to provide 1st and 2nd line support to internal users across multiple sites from the Watford head office. The successful candidate will have a Microsoft based skill set and will provide helpdesk support and desktop assistance where required.
A salary of up to 23k plus benefits and excellent progression opportunities is available for the right candidate
The IT Support Engineer will join a market leading company in the retail sector based in their head office in Watford.
- Windows Server 2008 onwards
- Exchange 2010
- Service Desk / Helpdesk support experience
- Experience with cloud technologies / tools would be useful
- An understanding of virtualisation technologies such as VMWare or Hyper-V
- Experience in retail would be useful
- 2nd line support of users across multiple sites
