Becoming a Technical Account Coordinator with Capita ONE in Bedford:The Technical Account Coordinator will have the responsibility to ensure that service levels are met and contracts are retained by proactively managing customer expectations. The primary goal is to ensure that we maximise the contribution, whilst maintaining or improving our Quality of Service. Customer satisfaction will be one measure of our success so it is vital that measures are introduced to capture and monitor this and to show a continuing upward trend.What you will do: * Develop and manage all aspects of the One Technical Customised Support Service (OTCSS) customer contracts * Assist with the financial aspects of the consultancy Service working with the Operations Manager - Consultancy * Work towards targets and goals as set out by the line manager and demonstrate an understanding of how you will achieve these in your 1-1 meetings and reviews * Create and maintain internal OLAs and supporting ITIL v3-based procedures * To deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as set out by Technical Services Management and report on these to the business * Contribute effectively to forecasting and reporting processes Your experience will include: * Strong technology knowledge, ability to grasp and understand architectures * Ability to pick up new technologies and concepts quickly * Strong customer focus * Proven people skills for building relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels * Strong written and verbal communication skills * A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications About Capita ONECapita ONE works to transform the lives of children, young people and families.
