Our Global Financial client based near to the M25 / M4 just west of London is seeking an experienced action driven Agile PMO Manager to join their growing team. The successful individual will have an opportunity to guide the company's adoption of SAFe across the process, as well as play a key part in several upcoming major technology transformation programmes.
Responsibilities: ?Ensure appropriate Agile change governance including delivery assurance, status and financial reporting ?Lead a Programme Office that is responsible for a portfolio planning, compliance and administration in support of major business and IT change ?Help to deliver a portfolio of major global IT programmes and projects in support of the business strategy ?Provide insight and support to peers as a member of the PMO and senior management team ?Provide clear, concise and accurate information about portfolio delivery, macro resource requirements and organisational change capacity ?Develop the capabilities of the Project Management Office in support of our IT function ?Champion and continuously improve the project delivery methodology, with a focus on the adoption of SAFe ?Collaborate and communicate with colleagues across the Enterprise to bring to bear resources, processes, systems and data
Skill, Education & Experience ?An energetic experienced Agile PMO leader with experience of operating in large, global businesses with multiple stakeholders and 3rd party service providers ?Proven experience implementing diverse and progressive concepts into practice, in particular SAFe ?Practitioner, or equivalent, qualifications in PRINCE II, PMP, MSP and Agile ?Substantial experience in a transition to a truly agile environment ?Solid understanding of project finance and budget management ?Clear thinking - able to manage & prioritise workload tactically whilst maintaining a strategic perspective ?Confident and proactive, action oriented, results driven individual ?Conscientious & motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision. ?Strong engagement and outcome-based delivery ethic ?Builds strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, customers and partners ?Strong change advocacy and leadership ?Fluent in business English - written and verbal
