This is a unique role for a Dynamics NAV Junior Consultant or Dynamics NAV Support Consultant to move into NAV Pre-Sales and become a professional ERP Software Pre-Sales Consultant. This thriving ERP software company has been in business for over 20 years and employs around 35 people. They have had a lot of success hiring Junior Dynamics NAV ERP Consultants or NAV Support Consultants and then training them to become NAV Pre-Sales Consultants. Starting salary will be between 26-40k (depending on your level of MS Dynamics NAV experience) plus a car allowance and commission of around 20k.
The company work solely with Microsoft Dynamics products and have a talented team of developers on site who develop add-on products and customise NAV to suit the clients' needs.
This is a job that would suit someone with 1 year plus MS Dynamics NAV Consulting or NAV Support experience who likes meeting people and is naturally chatty and cheerful. People will call you an optimist and you will be the person that tends to say "Yes I can" and give it a try. You really like the people aspect of your job and enjoy talking to everyone at all levels.
You will be the sort of person who has empathy and credibility with clients, loves ERP products, and would like to focus on helping the ERP sales team win software deals by demonstrating and presenting the Dynamics NAV ERP software, engaging with clients, telling a story, asking good questions and customising presentations to fit each particular client.
You will work with the sales team listening to clients' needs and understanding what the big issues are that the client is facing. Then you will create a specific software demonstration that highlights the bits of MS Dynamics NAV that deal with that. The trick to this job is to demonstrate the right bits, not the whole thing, and pick out small details of the software that will give your demo a personalised feel.
You will get heaps of mentoring, coaching and lots of personal development - you will not be thrown in at the deep end and expected to swim.
