2nd Line IT Application Support Analyst - Southampton , Hampshire, near Eastleigh, Fareham, Portsmouth, Winchester - 30,000 - 38,000 pa
2nd Line IT Application Support Analyst, with at least 2-3 years Application Support experience, required for our client based in Southampton, Hampshire ( near Eastleigh, Fareham, Portsmouth, Winchester ).
Our Client is a market leading supplier of Automotive Software and Data whose own clients include some of the largest car fleets in the UK, as well as most motor manufacturers and many car retailers. They are looking for an experienced IT Applications Support Analyst who is looking for the opportunity to play a key role in their expanding Application Support team.
To be considered, we would expect you to be able to offer significant 2nd Line Application Support experience to include most the following:
2 years + Software Applications/Business Systems support experience ie any Line of Business (LOB) Applications/ERP systems/Leasing products/Financial packages.
Strong problem analysis skills with a persistent approach to root cause analysis and finding solutions
Incident Management - Coordinating, monitoring, tracking, investigating and resolving assigned incidents in conjunction and through direct contact with external customers, third-party service providers and internal users
Excellent customer service skills with first class communication skills (both verbal and written)
Experience working with Service Desk software/tickets would be useful
Some experience working with databases support issues- SQL queries/reporting/data analysis.
Depending on your experience you can expect an attractive salary that it likely to be in the region of 30,000-38,000 + benefits.
