1st Line Support Analyst; SQL; Covent Garden; up to 24k + Bonus
1st Line Support Analyst, paying up to 24k is required by a global marketing Company from their UK base near Covent Garden. The Company who are passionate about offering a tailored solution to their large client base are seeking an individual with a passion for customer service and who is an inquisitive troubleshooter.
As the 1st Line Support Analyst you will be supporting the global applications used by some of the World's most recognised brands. You will be organised, diligent and possess experience of answering queries from a user base in the UK and overseas. The environment is friendly, and fast paced and the Company would be seeking someone outgoing and personable.
Experience with the following technologies would be hugely advantageous: MS SQL - 2005 / 2008 - including writing queries VB Scripting MS Server - 2008 / 2012 Windows - 7 & 8
You should be an experienced problem solver, have excellent Customer Service values as well as being a motivator in what can be a demanding environment.
