Service Desk Manager - Staffordshire - Permanent - 40,000

I am looking to recruit an experienced and competent Service Desk Manager for one of our key clients based in Staffordshire.

The role requires experience of successfully executing ITIL best practices within large corporate environment with a focus on exceeding service targets continual service improvement.

Required experienced:

• IT Service Management experience (ideally gained in a large multi-site commercial organisation)
• Experience working in an ITIL aligned environment
• Exposure to and experience of managing and maintain a Manage Engine ticket solution and developing clear performance and reporting packs through the associated analytics tools
• Implement new innovative and efficient ways of working and streamlining process to gain overall service improvements
• 3rd party supplier management / SLAs and service reviews
• Ability to drive end to end service management across all resolver teams and global support organisations including prioritisation of VIP Services
• Experience managing and developing a team of Service Desk Technicians

Key Skills
• ITIL Foundation and Practitioner
• Minimum 3 years' experience of Service Desk Management
• Experience of Manage Engine and reporting analytics
• Experience of working with multiple off shore team locations
• Confidence to work both collaboratively and independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers at all levels in the organisations
