Our client, a fast-growing IT solutions provider, who provide comprehensive IT services such as software, cloud, infrastructure solutions to their clients in the Commercial, Public, and education sector, is now seeking a 1st Line Technician to support 3 of their clients.
Duties and responsibilities
Providing on-site support to 3 of their clients.
Record fault logs, arrange return equipment, and escalate major issues internally
Receive and record support calls and ensure they are prioritised and logged on the ticket system
Keep up-to-date of the technological news, create and publish documentations and articles related to the updates and related knowledge. Regularly study relevant skills such as Microsoft qualifications
Support internal systems if required
Manage and maintain different sites' documentations such as change control and configuration
Provide consultancy service by request and identify business opportunities and room for improvement when appropriate
Provide high standard customer services
Build good relationships internally and externally
Aware of work safety when at clients' site or office
Personal Qualifications and experience
Reliable and hard working
Able to work independently as well as be a good team player
Excellent verbal and written skills
Always look for improvements and offer an outstanding service
Willing to learn, support and growth with the team
Occasional Travel and overnight stays is required.
DBS Clearance required
Salary and Benefits
Salary range: 15K
3,000 Car Allowance
