The Job: You will have overall responsibility for maximising web sales through managing all areas of this unique womenswear brand's website; from content to marketing to dispatch of the product. Specifically you will: - Create, develop and implement strategies to increase online sales in the UK and internationally - Motivate and develop a team of two office based people and the team based in the warehouse - Analyse and optimise all online customer journeys, ensuring completeness and clarity - Continually work to prevent and remove any blockers to sale; optimising cross-device conversion - Brief, and implement regular design updates across all online channels; email, social and web - Work closely with third-parties to develop the platform - Manage, with third-party support; affiliates, blogger-outreach and paid shopping campaigns as well as search engine optimisation and associated content
Experience needed: - A minimum of two years previous, demonstrable experience of managing an ecommerce department or team - Experience with using Magento or a very similar system - Experience with email marketing programmes, Google analytics / Adobe SiteCatalyst - Experience with affiliates, Google PPC and other digital marketing channels
