Our client provides network support and develops IT systems, serving the SME marketplace. An opportunity has now arisen for an IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their team in Borehamwood.

Within a vibrant and engaging environment, you'll have the chance to broaden your existing expertise and work with cutting-edge technologies.

As an IT Helpdesk Support Engineer, you'll provide a high level of technical support to customers.

Working from our client's office in Borehamwood, you'll respond to a range of customer queries via telephone and email channels. You'll triage support incidents and resolve customers' issues remotely.

Working alongside highly-skilled professionals, you'll enjoy working with people in different areas of the business and enhance your experience with a leading company.

Interested? To be considered, you'll need:

- At least two years' experience of managing, maintaining and providing Windows server, Office 365, networking and desktop support
- Experience of providing 2nd line support
