We're seeking an experienced, organised and enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Support Team member.

You'll be joining an ambitious and growing company based in fabulous well-located offices in a rural location close to Sutton Coldfield. You will be supporting end-users at our client's UK offices around the country and delivering training on Microsoft Office Suite, installing equipment and resolving problems.

On a day-to-day basis you'll be working as part of a team and reporting to the IT Director working from the Head Office or visiting other office locations. Your duties will range from helping to develop and deliver training courses for all user levels to the technical stuff including -

?Monitoring and maintaining the groups system and network
?Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
?Responding to any faults or issues - troubleshooting system and network problems
?Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults ? and more!!!

You will of course have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (up to V16) and be familiar with developing macros, house styles and templates up and ideally knowledge of project accounting software.
