IT Helpdesk Support Advisor Eastbourne

An experienced Helpdesk Support Advisor is required to work for a well established business in Eastbourne as part of their small IT team. You would be giving quality IT support to all staff members, dealing with day to day user problems. Your duties would include Service Desk ticket management, technical support for desktop and laptop systems with MS Windows and MS Office. Install and setup new desktop and laptop computer systems, IT/Phone systems installation and support. General IT admin duties and assisting the IT Department with other ad hoc tasks. A minimum of 2 years experience in similar role, practical knowledge of MS Office 2013/16 applications and standard computer hardware. Excellent customer service, communication and administration skills along with good IT skills and a willingness to learn and progress. Excellent opportunity for the right candidate!
