Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - HR; IT Data Analyst (Chester) Salary: Up to 65,000 plus benefits
The Role Are you an experienced HR Business Analyst who can ensure the HR function gets the most from their HR systems and work with HR stakeholders to provide effective delivery and improvements. We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our client to work with the HR function. Based near Chester, main duties will involve: ·Working with the HR department to understand priorities of the HR function within the organisation and make proposals for system improvements ·Carrying out analysis and design for these improvements to produce defined and agreed solutions ·Supporting the HR team in securing appropriate resources and approval to deliver these improvements ·Leading the delivery of improvements and support the delivery until completion ·Ensuring all HR change delivery aligns with IT development, testing and deployment standards and change management standards ·Managing any third party technical resources ·Ensuing that HR systems are maintained and supported ·Ensuing that HR systems continue to meet all agreed performance targets and service levels ·Investigating and coordinating the resolution of potential and actual service problems ·Conducting testing of recovery procedures ·Investigating security breaches or other incidents relating to HR systems and recommending required actions
The Candidate We are looking for an experienced HR Business Analyst with a relevant analysis qualification, such as IIBA or BCS or equivalent. Experience of supporting a HR function within a manufacturing organisation is preferable and a high proficiency in working with HR systems is required (preferably Kronos or ResourceLink). We are looking for someone to be the subject matter expert to ensure the HR function remains fit for purpose, compliant and fully integrated within the business.
