Now, our client is looking to recruit an IT Support Engineer who will be site-based at a leading independent school in Lingfield Surrey. You will report to the Senior IT Support Engineer.

Our client will provide you with ongoing training and support to enable you to push your technical abilities to the next level and achieve industry-leading qualifications.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving user support issues as well as the administration of the school's network and IT systems.
To succeed as an IT Support Engineer, you will need previous IT support experience. Previous experience of supporting and/or administering at least three of the following technologies is also essential:
- Microsoft Server 2012r2 / 2016, Active Directory and Group Policies - Windows 7, 10, Microsoft Office 2013 / 2016 and Office 365 - Network infrastructure, including firewalls and content filters - VMware - iPads
Most importantly, it is essential that you are a clear and logical thinker with a quality approach to customer service. As an IT Support Engineer, you will also be a good communicator ensuring that the teaching and support staff at the school are kept up to date with progress on issue resolution.
