Our client is looking looking for a IT Administrator to be responsible for the overall company's IT and Telecoms.
Job Descripition ? Overall IT and Telecom responsibility operating, contracts and costs ? Development of IT in general and new technologies/features to develop efficiencies in the company ? Working closely with IT support and IT providers and building strong relationships ? Strong understanding of our system and processes ? Day to day employee helpdesk queries, to resolve ? Set up of new employees ? Manage the administrator user profiles and permissions for staff on Navision ? Have an in- depth understanding of Dynamic Navision ? Report writing for Navision ? Familiarise the app Salesi as a reporting function for Sales and Board Meeting reports ? Working with departments on projects that will change the processing procedures ? Training staff how to use IT applications and basics ? Writing up step by step processes ? Supporting Manager in obtaining reports for data analysis ? Update on maintenance of back up and security of the system, safe from cyber attack ? Responsible for IT/Telecoms equipment and associated products - eg headset, scanners etc. ? Managing Passwords ? Internet police and monitoring emails ? Ensure company marketing meets GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
Qualifications/Experience Required ? Strong communication skills ? Good organisational skills ? Good time management ? Commercial mind and understanding ? Team work for projects ? Strong knowledge and understanding of operating systems ? Windows, Office and Microsoft Dynamic Navision are essential ? Microsoft Active Directory Users and Computers ? Certificate (MCP) Microsoft Certificated Professional ? Hands on experience of installing hardware and basic software ? Experience in a similar role and helpdesk 1st line to 2nd line support
