Working for a global Utilities company as a Business Analyst you will be responsible for performing detailed business analysis, process redesign, and requirements gathering on multiple projects.
Contract details Duration: 3 months Location: Newcastle Rate: 400 per day
The Role The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing project documentation as required, and you will work with key stakeholders to action, progress requests, leading workshops and training sessions.
Duties *Elicit project requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements sessions, use cases, business process analysis, scenarios, task and workflow analysis. *Take ownership for, and take the lead in, the requirements gathering process. *Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into detail and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. *Collaborate with internal business and technical users to plan and deliver requirements and documentation as necessary.
Previous Experience *Strong experience working within a Business Analyst role within a dedicated change function *Business Analysis experience across a number of methodologies (e.g. Prince 2, Agile, RUP, Waterfall). *Experience in collecting, defining and documenting business and technology requirements is essential. *Presents, documents, and discusses solutions in a knowledgeable, credible and convincing manner to all levels of seniority, externally and internally
