Job Title: 3rd Line Support Engineer Salary: 20,000 to 22,000 per annum plus pension scheme, health care and more Location: Plymouth
An innovative company, providing IT support solutions to a multitude of clients across the UK, are seeking a 3rd line field engineer to join their dynamic office within Plymouth. You will join a team of engineers and use your extensive knowledge of tech to troubleshoot multiple problems, both within the office and client sites across the UK.

Responsibilities Include: *Diagnose and repair technical issues *Respond to callouts within set timeframes *Install bespoke systems and hardware *Maintain accurate records within deadlines
Essential Experience Required: *Troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware issues *MS Windows Server networking and administration *Unix and Linux configuration, administration and networking
Desirable Experience: *Relevant qualifications in IT engineering *Understanding of computer systems and architecture *Comprehension of virtualisation technologies
