Digital Producer - global business, brand and category market leader 32,000 - 38,000 (negotiable based on experience), plus benefits
Working for a brand and category leader (a leading household name) within a global business, the Digital Producer will report to the Head of Customer Experience, to support global ecommerce, brand websites and digital marketing programs. This is an exciting opportunity, working with a broad range of stakeholders across an international business.
You will be based at offices in Hayes, with free on site parking and good access to public transport.

Digital Producer Accountabilities:
Website management and optimisation: ? Manage our CMS & database systems to support website changes ? Review user experience / UX across the site, implementing quick changes and presenting long term improvement ? Work with third party marketing managers, as our primary digital point of contact for our 50+ global third party markets ? Measure performance of improvements through A/B testing
Digital Marketing: ? Work with the ecommerce and marketing team to develop digital and promotional campaigns ? Support and test Google tagging and SEO/PPC activities ? Administer Google Analytic profiles and generate ad-hoc reports as required
Digital Rollouts: ? Work with the Digital Project Manager to deliver detailed digital rollout plans for brand subsidiaries and third party businesses ? Act as the central testing lead, ensuring required standards are met ? Maintain day-to-day contact with supporting agencies and external partners ? Support post rollout with any technical issues or website development required
Required skills/experience: ? Experience within a Digital based role, either agency or in-house ? Previous Front-end web development experience including HTML, CSS, XML and web editing software e.g. Dreamweaver ? Design experience and working knowledge of Adobe design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign ? Experience in A/B testing and website analytics ? Online/digital project management experience including taking new websites from concept to launch ? Experience using web Content Management Systems (CMS) and CRM databases ? Ability to make decisions, act independently to ensure the business objectives are met ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and great attention to detail ? Experience in dealing with agencies and international stakeholders desirable
Remuneration: Starting salary of circa 32,000 - 38,000 (negotiable based on experience) + benefits including: pension, life insurance, health insurance (post qualifying period), 25 days annual leave (+ 8 bank and statutory)
