1st Line Support / Helpdesk Support (Windows/AD/Office) sought by an international transport company to support internal users across multiple sites in the UK, based in Chiswick.
As the 1st Line Support, you will join a team of 5 supporting around 700 users across multiple geographical sites. You will be the first point of contact for all issue, responsible for administering users (Active Directory, Exchange) resolving Hardware and Software issues.
Key Requirements ? Previous experience in a similar role ? Active Directory ? Windows 7/10 ? Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office ? Exchange/Outlook ? PC Hardware knowledge
