A skilled 1st / 2nd Line Support (Helpdesk) Analyst is being sought by my leading client based near Leatherhead in Surrey.
The person will report to the Lead Technician, and work closely with the IT support staff at all offices, with occasional travel to other offices.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
*Understanding of the ITIL Framework. *Be training towards or have obtained a professional qualification - MCP etc *Experience of working with Linux (Beneficial) *Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. *Demonstrate extensive interpersonal and systems management skills.
Core Competencies for this role
*Technical capability with a focus on supporting Microsoft technologies. *Be able to work on his/her own initiative. *Demonstrate practical knowledge and problem-solving strategies
