Permanent, full time position. Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Salary: 11,000-15,000 (dependent on experience)
An exciting opportunity to join a growing IT company renowned for its customer service, based in South-West Sheffield.
This award-winning team is looking for someone to join them in the role of Helpdesk Technician, taking calls and logging helpdesk tickets, and progressing simple requests such as resetting passwords. Additionally, they will be required to assist other staff with tasks such as building desktops or laptops, or assisting with onsite installations.
Applicants should be looking to develop their technical support skills, be confident communicators, and love providing great customer service.
