Freestyle IT, based in Hook (Hampshire) provides IT Consultancy and Solutions to small and medium sized businesses. We are currently recruiting for our IT Helpdesk where you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers.
You will be taking calls from our customers when they have issues and logging/managing those issues using our Solarwinds MSP platform. You will be expected to be able to deal with the majority of calls, making sure you follow our procedures and log all of the time that you have spent resolving that particular "ticket". Where you are unable to resolve a ticket you will engage with senior colleagues who will assist with the management of the customers issue.
You will need to have a professional telephone manner, excellent communication skills and work well under pressure. Above all else a real desire to provide excellent customer service is essential.
The successful candidate will have at least one years experience in an IT Helpdesk role. We will be providing full training and support and offer the opportunity to progress in a successful, growing company with an ever increasing focus on technical services and support.
