Helpdesk and Support Administrator; London; 20k - 22k
Helpdesk and Support Administrator needed at a UK Charity's London HQ located near Tower Hill Station, for 20k - 22k per annum. The successful Helpdesk and Support Administrator will provide 1st line support directly to clients in head office and in regional service locations.
The successful Helpdesk and Support Administrator will have experience in providing 1st line support to all users along with providing great customer service with confidence to people on all levels of the business. The successful Helpdesk and Support Administrator will get the opportunity of developing their 2nd line support skills.
Essential skills ·Experience of support in a Microsoft server/desktop environment ·Flexibility to travel to the charity's regional locations ·Knowledge of PC Hardware ·Experience of providing support in an Ethernet environment ·Windows XP, Vista and Win 7 ·Office XP - 2010 ·Experience providing helpdesk/desktop support ·Ability to work alone or in a team ·Excellent communication skills ·Knowledge of virus protection tools
