RZ Group has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce administrator with an award-winning company within the public sector.
Our client is looking for someone to provide excellent delivery and operational support for their customer systems, including Salesforce.com and Force.com, as well as direct debit, credit and billing management platforms. The successful candidate's day-to-day responsibilities will involve: * Providing technical expertise in order to maintain and administer customer systems * Import data from other systems * Customisation of systems, particularly Salesforce.com * Release management within Salesforce.com environment * Mentor and advise team * Develop relationships with user community to understand issues and opportunities to improve Customer Systems * Manage system capacity to support required quantity of users * Manage helpdesk * Provide IT support information
The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking someone with the below skills and experiences: * Experience in Salesforce maintenance and customisation * Technical knowledge in billing and payment systems * Experience in mentoring and coaching * Competent in data management * Ability to analyse data and present in an easily comprehensible way * Able to plan and prioritise * A technical aptitude
