An IT Business Analyst with experience working within a systems change environment, specifically HR and Payroll systems, is required to join a large enterprise organisation in their London office. My client are a major UK retailer, who are going through a process of business change and transformation and are keen to find a Business Analyst who will analyse, challenge and model requirements from customers within the HR/Finance/Payroll business area.

The office location is within central London, with excellent public transport links

About the role:

The Business Analyst is required to take responsibility in determining business requirements within the HR/Finance/Payroll space. You will be involved in specifying business processes, procedures and improvements in IT systems. In addition to this, you will be responsible for the following:

- Evaluating potential solutions against requirements
- Support the creation of project proposals and business cases
- The analysis and validation of existing business processes and mapping functional and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate user acceptance testing of system changes
- Engage with end users and 3rd party providers to develop solutions

About you:

As an IT Business Analyst, you will have ideally worked on HR/Payroll and Finance systems change, involved within the full lifecycle from requirement gathering through to design, implementation and successful delivery. In addition to this, the following would be beneficial to your application:

- Demonstrable knowledge/experience of RAID logs, budget plans, training in analysis
- Stakeholder engagement
- Experience working within a retail or consultancy environment
- Experience facilitating UAT of systems changes
- Structure approach to analysis/training in design such as ITIL, Prince 2,

The business are paying up to 45,000 for the right individual and are offering an excellent benefits package, including 34 days annual leave, pension and flexible benefits.
