As a Project Manager here, you will pick up the project after the software sale, and work through the hand over and kick off meetings with the clients. Then you will work with the ERP Software Implementation Consultants through the discovery and scoping stage and you will create a project plan. You will then act as the link between the client and the consulting / technical team, managing the:
- Change - Creep - Scope change - Chivvying the client along - Corralling the Consultants - Keeping the client happy and informed
You need to have experience of managing at least 3 projects simultaneously working for a software author, software reseller or consultancy.
