A prestigious FTSE 100 company is looking for a Email marketing Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business in one of its most exciting and prosperous times ever.

This position is based in London with good public transport links

This role will offer an exciting opportunity to get involved with a number of activities integral to the success of the Marketing function in this new team which being created to oversee 5 different business areas that have a Resourcing & Development theme. You will;

• Deliver email marketing campaigns to retain candidates and generate new job applications / client acquisition and retention / Development Solutions email marketing

We are looking for candidate with the following skills & experience;

• Email marketing, template set up, email deployment, database marketing, segmentation, email reporting
• Articulate and persuasive, effectively communicates achievements and wins people over on the strength of their arguments and specific know-how
• Strong analytical skills to effectively deal with online marketing metrics and recruitment specific goals
• Focused and driven, takes responsibility for the given objectives and displays strong accountability
• Engaging communicator, who can work effectively within a team and build excellent working relationships with the key stakeholders, the client, and any suppliers as needed. Understands the importance of setting expectations and delivering accordingly.
• Can translate numbers into business-ready presentations to inform decision-making

The demands of this programme require a proactive, determined person, able to handle multiple workloads and deal with senior management.

You will deal with clients on a regular basis and as such need to be a highly credible individual with fantastic business communication skills to succeed in this role.
