Software Developer with Application Support ( SQL, VB, VB.NET, VC++ ) skills needed. We are looking for an accomplished bespoke Software developer with Application support analyst to assist with our continued growth.
The position involves supporting and ameding (developing) a bespoke software package to external clients. You will have a background in software support by telephone, email and or face to face on a 2nd line software support basis. This role will suit individuals who have a software development and software client support background
You will have skills in one or more of the following: SQL, VB, VB.NET, and VC++.
ALL Candidates MUST have be able to show a background in true Software development and application Support. This role is NOT an infrastructure focused support role. Exposure to control software or web applications is a distinct advantage.
The role of support analyst will involve assisting and problem solving for our external clients. You will be working within a high pressure but exciting support environment.
You will have a solid background in supporting clients in line with Service level agreements ( SLA's ).
It is essential that all candidates can offer exposure to external client helpdesk support of bespoke application packages.
