Infrastructure Support Experience -FTSE 100 Client - London - up to £35,000 plus benefits.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Infrastructure Support analyst who is seeking an opportunity to move into a small team where they gain more project based experience.
About The Role
· Second and Third line network reactive support
· Diagnostic and recovery duties
· Large proportion of project based work - migrations, upgrade etc
· Act as escalation point to solve complex issues
· To ensure a 1st class customer service is delivered to all internal clients
Experience Required
· 5 years IT Network support experience
· Strong problem solving skills
· Windows 2003, AD, 2003 Terminal Servers and Licensing Servers
· OpenSolaris
· VMware ESX
· Ideally some Cisco, TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, VLANS
· DNS server
· ITIL accreditation's/experience
· Excellent communication skills
