SAP CRM business analyst

· Reporting line: CRM functional team leader

Responsibilities:
· The candidates will become valued members of the functional CRM design team that will be responsible for the definition of the CRM roadmap of the passenger divisions
· Specific responsibilities include:
§ Working with business user community to understand CRM business requirements and analysis of current CRM functionalities
§ Design of a customer centric multi-channel solution including organisation, processes and functional blueprint based upon CRM 7.0 functionality
§ Definition of required CRM functionalities in the areas of sales, marketing and service
§ Alignment of the requirements with the SAP technical CRM team and the CRM process design team
§ Conduct workshops, present alternative roadmap solutions, document functional design scripts
§ Convert requirements into designs for the technical teams

Required functional/technical knowledge:
· Minimum of 5 years experience in CRM business analyst role
· Demonstrated track record in implementing SAP CRM solutions in the Telecom, utilities of transport sector
· Experience in designing and implementing SAP CRM sales processes (sales force automation, lead and opportunity management, quotation and contract management, ...)
· Experience in designing and implementing marketing processes (campaign management, customer segmentation, ...)
· Experience in designing and implementing service processes (case management, info request management, complaints management)
· Experience with SAP customer interaction centre integrated with CTI-applications is an asset

· Advanced level of Excel, PowerPoint and Word techniques
