Site Solution Expert

In this position working for mobile market leading vendor you take the responsibilities to lead the team to realize the site solution (site infrastructure) according Customer's requirements
Support the team to ensure the site solution, site infrastructure design and qualities in project rollout
Monitor the site infrastructure design fulfilled by local subcontractors and guide them by vendor competent solutions
Check and monitor cost variations to the site-model prices or BoQ
Suggest solutions to technical queries to progress the site infrastructure works
Suggest solutions to sites with difficult infrastructure design problems.
You will have minimum 10 years experience in telecom engineering or site infrastructure design and excellent understanding of site engineering, tower design, civil work design and power supply with grounding system
With the telecom backgrounds on Wireless (GSM, GPRS, CDMA, WCDMA, WiMAX), Fixed Network (Narrowband Switching, Datacom, Broadband), Transmission Network (DWDM, SDH, PDH), Service and Software (WIN, SMSC, MMS, Value-added or Auxiliary Facilities (Power System, Battery, UPS, Inverter, MDF, DDF, ODF) will be strongly preferred.
In depth understanding of value engineering and the principles of cost effective designs ,site quality assurance
Good negotiation skills able to influence the outcome of discussions with customers and suppliers
A good communicator, excellent in English spoken and written
Experienced working in multi-cultural teams
